Here are some conditions that cause a person suffering from stress.

Emotional problems: There are many emotions that may be encountered in every day that can make a person suffering from stress. If you’re often better yourself, angry, depressed; grief stricken; feel guilty or encounter low self-esteem, you may suffer from chronic stress.
Health problem: Often when you suffer from heart problems, diabetes, or arthritis you may experience chronic stress.

Relationship problems: Often in a relationship one can experience the stress of fighting between the partners; lack of having someone to share your feelings with you; or feeling isolated from the whole world.

Around you: Often in large cities, the number of people who suffer from stress increased because of the crime; pollution, population density, and the voices of people and cars.

Your task: One can work really stressed out individuals. If your job is very demanding; require you to meet production; dangerous or require a person to speak openly in the crowd, you have a greater chance to develop stress conditions.

Your social situation: the social life is always going to cause stress certain individuals. If one had to deal with poverty, loneliness, or discrimination because of sex, race or sexual orientation, it will cause someone to suffer from chronic stress.

Life cycle and stages of development: As a child, you may be experiencing stress. If one is taken in or treated them become isolated because of stress situations they must deal. As the children grow up and become teenagers, they are experiencing stress because of their hormones change; date; work jobs; mix with different people, and left the house.

When a person becomes an adult they are suffering from depression in a person’s life. They have to worry about work; support themselves; families, partners and gain or married.

Often times, people set goals for themselves and often find they can achieve their goals. This is often a very stressful situation for someone to survive. You must set your perception of what you want to achieve at a moderate level. Stick to your beliefs about yourself. Do not let people lower your self-esteem. You have one to live.

There are many young children and other family members are always under pressure because of the physical person, or emotional condition. One might be very useful to talk with a friend and letting one’s inner feelings be known. Better to let your voice be heard than to keep things organized within ourselves.
